Mix flour, coriander, baking powder, salt, and soda in a bowl. Pour in yogurt, add finely chopped cilantro, and knead the dough.
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
- Ground coriander: 2.5 teaspoons
- Baking powder: 1.5 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.8 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Yogurt: 0.8 glass
- Coriander: 0.5 bunch

Place it on a floured surface and knead for another minute.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll each piece into a ball, and flatten into discs about 10 cm in diameter.

Fry the flatbreads in a generously oiled grill pan. It will take about three minutes on each side.

You can also bake the flatbreads in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. They will be ready in three minutes.
