Caramelized pecan nuts with cayenne and black pepper are an exquisite blend of sweetness and spiciness inspired by French culinary traditions. This recipe transforms simple nuts into a crunchy treat with a rich caramel hue and a savory note. Corn syrup and sugar create a glossy glaze, while the mix of black and cayenne pepper adds a mild heat, balancing the flavor to be memorable. Perfect as a snack for an aperitif or as a crunchy topping for desserts and salads. The preparation process is simple but requires attention to detail to achieve the perfect texture. As they cool, the nuts become crumbly and incredibly aromatic, with their sweet-spicy flavor making them a desirable addition to any gathering.
