Mix sugar, milk, cream, chopped chocolate, corn syrup, butter, and salt in a small saucepan and place over low heat. Stir until the sugar and chocolate dissolve and the mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add raspberry.

- Milk: 0.3 glass
- Cream: 0.3 glass
- Dark chocolate: 115 g
- Corn syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: pinch
- Framboise: 2 tablespoons
