For the sauce, blend raspberries and part of the strawberries (50 g) with sugar and lime juice until pureed. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds and chill.

For the salad, cut the melon, strawberries (100 g), peach (or nectarines) into small pieces and mix with blackberries and black currants, being careful not to damage the berries. Refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
