Glazed raspberry hearts are delicate pastries from Austrian cuisine filled with sweet raspberry jam and covered with fragrant glaze. They symbolize love and the warmth of home comfort, making them perfect for a romantic breakfast or cozy tea time. Historically, such baked goods were popular in Austrian patisseries where masters experimented with shapes and fillings. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich raspberry aroma that beautifully complements the subtle notes of rose water in the glaze. They can be served as a standalone dessert or as an accompaniment to coffee and tea, adding a touch of sophistication to any moment.
