This exquisite orange dessert cheese with raspberry-strawberry sauce is a true masterpiece of French cuisine, inspired by the traditions of delicate cheese desserts from the Normandy region. The base is a creamy mixture with citrus notes combined with the elite 'Neuchâtel' cheese, which adds a creamy texture and a hint of tanginess. Natural yogurt makes the flavor soft and airy. The berry sauce made from fresh raspberries, strawberries, and 'Grand Marnier' liqueur adds a pleasant tartness and sweetness that harmoniously complements the cheese base. This dessert is perfect for a romantic dinner or festive gathering; its sophistication and tenderness leave unforgettable impressions. The heart-shaped presentation makes it special, while the combination of textures—soft cheese and silky sauce—turns each bite into a moment of delight.

Cut 6 rectangles of 15x20 cm from gauze. Soak in cold water and wring out. Place the gauze in 6 heart-shaped molds.

In a blender, mix the cottage cheese, zest, and sugar (leaving 2 tablespoons) until smooth. Then add the 'Neuchâtel' cheese and blend again. Add the yogurt, mix, and pour into molds. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours.
