Cannoli with berries

Cannoli with berries is a modern interpretation of the classic Italian dessert, traditionally a crispy tube filled with delicate ricotta cream. In this version, the crispy base is replaced with sponge cake, creating a special airiness and lightness. The cream enriched with mascarpone, vanilla, and orange zest has a soft, velvety texture with delicate sweetness complemented by the crunch of pistachios. Fresh berries add a touch of natural tartness to the dessert, harmoniously balancing the sweetness. This dessert is perfect for festive dinners or cozy gatherings with friends, bringing an atmosphere of Italian dolce vita. Its ease of preparation makes it accessible even for novice cooks, while its exquisite taste will leave no guest indifferent.
