Slice the strawberries thinly and arrange them in 2 wine glasses or 2 dessert bowls.
- Strawberry: 450 g

Beat the yolks and mix with liqueur, water, and sugar. Place in a water bath, continuing to beat until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and beat for another minute. Add sour cream.
