Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, berries, and vanilla.
- Buttermilk: 0.5 glass
- Dried berries: 0.8 glass

In another bowl, mix flour, sprouts, brown sugar, cardamom, and ginger. Add diced butter and mix well with your hands. Add almonds, then the buttermilk mixture, and knead well. Place on a floured surface and shape into a 20 cm diameter circle. Cut into 8 equal segments and place on a baking sheet. Brush the top with buttermilk and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
- Flour with baking powder: 1.5 glass
- Wheat sprouts: 0.3 glass
- Brown sugar: 0.3 glass
- Butter: 6 tablespoons
- Ground cardamom: 1 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 0.8 teaspoon
- Ground almonds: 0.5 glass
- Buttermilk: 0.5 glass
