Apple muffins are the embodiment of French refined taste in cozy homemade baking. This dessert combines the softness and airiness of the dough with juicy pieces of apple that give it a natural fruity sweetness. Pine nuts add a sophisticated nutty aroma, while cinnamon creates a warm, spicy note, making muffins an ideal treat for family breakfasts or afternoon tea. Their history traces back to classic European cupcakes, but French cuisine has added its charm by enriching the recipe with delicate fruit notes and the softness of kefir-based dough. Baked to a golden color, they captivate with their aroma and create a cozy atmosphere, perfectly complementing a cup of hot coffee or freshly brewed tea.
