Jelly made from paradise apples is a refined dessert of Russian cuisine, infused with the warmth and coziness of home traditions. It is made from tiny aromatic apples that have a subtle tartness and honey flavor. Through repeated simmering in syrup, the fruits become transparent like amber droplets, and their texture is tender and soft. The jelly enchants with the rich aroma of caramelized fruits with light floral notes. In ancient times, it was served with tea in luxurious merchant houses and used as a filling for pies. Today it beautifully complements breakfast, turning simple bread or pancakes into a gastronomic delight. Paradise apple jelly is not just a treat but a journey into the world of taste sophistication, where each spoonful holds the warmth of the family hearth.
