Meringues with strawberries

Meringues with strawberries are the embodiment of tenderness and sophistication in French cuisine. Light, airy, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – these desserts capture the hearts of gourmets from the first bite. Historically, meringues are considered part of classic French pastry art, and their combination with juicy strawberries and delicate mascarpone and cottage cheese cream turns them into a true masterpiece of flavor. The sweetness of powdered sugar balances with the light tartness of the berries, while vanilla essence adds depth to the aroma. They are perfect for a festive dinner, a romantic evening, or simply to enjoy the moment.
