Peanut Muffins

Peanut muffins are a delicate pastry with a subtle nutty aroma that comes to us from Italy. Here, simplicity meets sophistication: ground peanuts give the dough a rich flavor, while the light sweetness of powdered sugar makes each portion special. Thanks to sour cream, the muffins gain softness and airiness, and slightly toasted nuts on the surface add a pleasant textural play. This pastry is perfect for morning coffee or evening tea, filling the home with coziness and warmth. Italians love to combine traditional ingredients into treats that delight in taste and history, and these muffins are no exception. In every bite is a harmony of simple home cooking and refined Mediterranean charm.
