We mix the dough: combine butter, egg, powdered sugar, add cocoa and flour, lemon zest, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Butter: 175 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Powdered sugar: 125 g
- Cocoa powder: 40 g
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: 5 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste

Roll the dough into a sausage shape, coat it in a mixture of crushed almonds and remaining cinnamon. Place it in the freezer for an hour.

Cut the chilled dough (sausage) into circles 0.5–1 cm thick.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12 minutes. The cookies are ready.
