Caramelized pears are an exquisite dessert embodying the tenderness of Armenian cuisine. The sweetness of ripe fruits combines with the deep, slightly smoky aroma of caramel that unfolds under the heat of the grill. Brandy adds a subtle spicy note, enhancing the richness of flavor. This dish, rooted in traditional Eastern culinary practices, is perfect for warm evenings when one wants to enjoy something light yet unforgettable. The pears caramelize while soaking in the glaze, and crème fraîche and lemon tartness create a balance between sweetness and freshness. Serving with juices from the grill makes each portion juicy and appetizing. This dessert can be served as a standalone treat or paired with nuts and ice cream for added texture and depth of flavor.
