Prepare the filling. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add 80 grams of melted butter, 3 yolks, sugar, raisins (leaving some for decoration), 50 grams of flour, salt, and vanillin. Mix. The filling is ready.

Pour 375 grams of flour into a wooden bowl, add 250 grams of butter, chop with a knife until crumbly, add cold milk, salt, and citric acid, continuing to chop.

Knead the dough, divide it into 2 pieces, and place it in a cold place for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough with the remaining flour, cut into even pieces, form balls, place on a greased and water-sprayed baking sheet, leaving a small distance between them, and let sit for 10 minutes.
