Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut a rectangle of 23x31 cm from the dough. Use a knife to score the dough 2 cm from each edge, but not all the way through, to create a frame effect after baking. Transfer the dough to baking paper and chill.
- Yeast puff pastry: 375 g

Slice the apples very thinly and layer them on the dough, carefully placing the slices on top of each other. Brush with melted butter on top until the apples darken.
- Yellow apples: 5 piece
- Butter: 25 g
