Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

In a blender, mix butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Butter: 185 g
- Cane sugar: 180 g
- Vanilla essence: 5 ml

Add flour, egg, yolk, and mix again. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 320 g
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment to a thickness of 5 mm.

Use molds to cut shapes from the dough and place them on the baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
