Painted pancakes with cheese cream

Mix rice flour with starch and 80 grams of wheat flour.
- Rice flour: 80 g
- Cornstarch: 80 g
- Wheat flour: 160 g

Carefully add the milk, stir, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Milk: 280 ml

Add eggs, sugar, and the remaining 80 grams of flour. Knead the dough. The dough should be quite liquid.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 80 g
- Wheat flour: 160 g

Let it rest for 1 hour. The dough is ready.

Put the dough in a pastry bag. On a hot skillet with a little vegetable oil, draw patterns by squeezing the dough from the bag.
- Vegetable oil: 80 ml

While the pancakes are hot, roll them into large tubes.

Whip condensed milk together with cream cheese. Add vanilla sugar.
- Condensed milk: 120 g
- Cream cheese: 160 g
- Vanilla sugar: 40 g

Place blueberry jam at the bottom of the plate, then top with a cream made of condensed milk and cream cheese.
- Blueberry jam: 120 g

Layer the decorated pancakes rolled into tubes on top. Garnish with berries and mint.
- Mint: 8 g
- Raspberry: 40 g
- Blueberry: 20 g
