Pancakes baked with butter

Pour room temperature milk into a saucepan, add chicken eggs, and whisk.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Then add salt, 40 grams of sugar, and vegetable oil. Stir.
- Salt: 5 g
- Sugar: 160 g
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml

Then gradually add the sifted flour while constantly mixing with a whisk, preventing the formation of lumps.
- Wheat flour: 250 g

Mix the dough until homogeneous, let it rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.

Cook thin pancakes on a heated frying pan.

Spread 1 teaspoon of sugar and butter in a small cast-iron skillet. Place a pancake on top.
- Sugar: 160 g
- Butter: 160 g

Spread the pancake with butter and sugar, then place another pancake on top. Repeat.

Place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes.

Carefully take out the hot pan and place it on the staging board.

Do the same with other pancakes.

Sprinkle the finished pancakes with frozen currants and top with a scoop of ice cream when serving.
