Dessert of cream, rum and raisins

This exquisite dessert, inspired by European culinary traditions, is a perfect blend of airy cream, aromatic rum, and sweet raisins. Its roots can be found in classic desserts where alcoholic syrups add a special depth of flavor. The delicate whipped cream, complemented by the freshness of lemon juice, contrasts with the rum-soaked biscuit, while the raisins soaked in sweet syrup add a refined sweetness. The lightness of the cream and richness of the rum make this dessert an ideal conclusion to a romantic dinner or festive feast. Served chilled and garnished with lemon zest, it leaves a pleasant aftertaste and awakens the desire for another piece.
