Chocolate-covered bananas

Another simple to make, but beautiful dessert. You need to take firm but ripe bananas for it. Mini bananas are ideal: they look prettier. And stock up on different toppings: small candied fruits, coconut and almond crumbs, and special sugar beads, which are sold on confectionery websites, are good here .

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the ends off the bananas and peel them.
- Mini bananas: 6 pieces

Skewer each banana on a stick or popsicle stick. Let the bananas sit in the freezer while the chocolate melts.

Melt all the chocolate in the microwave, each in a separate bowl. Set for one minute, then stir and return to the microwave. Continue melting and stirring the chocolate frequently until the mixture is liquid and smooth.
- Dark chocolate: 200 g
- Milk chocolate: 200 g
- White chocolate: 200 g

Dip half of the bananas completely in white chocolate, place them on a rack, and put them in the fridge to let the chocolate set quickly.
