Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash all vegetables and greens thoroughly under running water and dry them.

Boil 2 eggs for 10 minutes, peel them, and then cut into small cubes.

Cut the sweet pepper into strips.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and place it in a container with the chopped vegetables, greens, and eggs.

Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater, set aside about 20 grams in a separate container, and add 30 grams to the other previously chopped ingredients.

Add 5 grams of pepper mix and 10 grams of salt to the previously chopped ingredients. Mix everything well.

In a separate container, mix 170 grams of sifted flour, 10 grams of baking soda, and 10 grams of salt.
- Wheat flour: 170 g
- Soda: 10 g

Whisk the egg lightly with a fork and add it to 200 grams of room temperature kefir. Mix everything together.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sunflower oil: 35 ml

Pour 25 ml of sunflower oil into the liquid ingredients.

Gradually add the prepared flour with baking soda and salt to the kefir-egg mixture. Knead the dough.
