Vanilla ice cream is a classic dessert that offers tenderness and comfort. Its roots go deep into history when creamy treats were a privilege of the nobility. This recipe combines the richness of heavy cream with the lightness of milk, creating a velvety texture. Egg yolks and sugar add creaminess, while vanilla provides refined sweetness with a warm aroma. This ice cream pairs perfectly with fresh berries, hot chocolate, or even aromatic coffee.
