Crème Chantilly is an exquisite French dessert cream known for its airy texture and delicate vanilla aroma. Its history dates back to the 17th century when the famous chef François Vatel first served this refined cream at the court of Louis XIV. The classic recipe uses heavy cream, sugar, and natural vanilla paste, giving the cream a sophisticated sweetness and richness. Whipped to stiff peaks, the cream creates a light yet rich consistency perfect for serving with berries, fruits, pastries or as a base for other desserts. Crème Chantilly is a versatile element of French gastronomy that can turn any dish into a work of art.
