Praline with pecans

Pecan praline is an exquisite dessert of French cuisine with a rich caramel flavor and nutty notes. The history of praline dates back to the 17th century when the chefs of Duke de Plessis-Pralin began experimenting with caramelized nuts. This pecan version adds a special creamy softness and a slight bitterness to the treat. Preparation starts with boiling caramel made from brown sugar, cocoa, and condensed milk. Whole pecans are then added, soaking in the caramel to create a perfect texture combination. After cooling, small candies are formed that crunch pleasantly with each bite. This treat pairs perfectly with a cup of aromatic coffee or serves as an elegant dessert for special occasions.
