Chocolate mousse with condensed milk is a true celebration for lovers of delicate, airy desserts. This recipe, rooted in Russian cuisine, combines the rich flavor of cocoa with the velvety sweetness of condensed milk. Gelatin gives the mousse lightness and elasticity, while its creamy texture makes it a perfect finish to a meal. Due to its simplicity and sophistication, this dessert is suitable for both family dinners and special occasions.
