Pour hot water over the raisins for 5 minutes. Drain the boiling water and add cognac.
- Dark raisins: 100 g
- Light raisins: 100 g
- Cognac: 3 tablespoons

Warm the milk slightly, add sugar, and crumble fresh yeast into it. Mix and let it rise for 10 minutes.
- Milk: 200 ml
- Sugar: 150 g
- Fresh yeast: 25 g

Mix the yolks until smooth.

- Wheat flour: 400 g

Knead the dough well, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place for 3-4 hours.

Knead the dough again. Cover and return to a warm place. Let the dough rise again.

Strain the raisins and add them to the dough.
- Dark raisins: 100 g
- Light raisins: 100 g

Knead the dough until smooth and distribute it into molds. The dough should occupy less than half of the mold. Let the dough rise in the mold. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.

Whip the egg white and 2 drops of lemon juice with powdered sugar.
- Egg white: 1 piece
- Lemon juice: 1 ml
- Powdered sugar: 1 glass
