Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and vanillin.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Salt: pinch
- Vanillin: pinch

Add flour and baking soda.
- Wheat flour: 350 g
- Soda: 1 teaspoon

Knead the dough.

Cover with film and leave for 20 minutes.

Roll out to a thickness of 3–4 mm.

Heat the oil.
- Vegetable oil: 500 ml

Fry the dough in small portions for 2-3 minutes

Transfer the fried strips to a paper towel.

Put honey, sugar, and water into the pot.
- Honey: 200 g
- Sugar: 100 g
- Water: 20 ml
