If you don't eat them, then post them. These tiny pumpkins are just begging to be featured in Halloween stories on all the country's social networks. They're super easy to make: just grind ready-made cookies into crumbs and mix them in a frying pan with melted chocolate , pumpkin puree, cream cheese and condensed milk, and they look like they're worth a million likes. The sweet, sticky mass is similar to plasticine - organize a pumpkin-sculpting lesson for kids, let them develop their culinary skills, sense of beauty and fine motor skills. And here's a great way to use the pumpkin pulp left over from carving a Jack-o'-lantern.

1
Prepare all the ingredients.

2
Crush the crackers in a blender into crumbs.

3
Mix softened butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, condensed milk, and spices in a pan over medium heat.
- Butter: 15 g
- Cream cheese: 115 g
- Pumpkin puree: 100 g
- Condensed milk: 400 g
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 0.5 teaspoon

4
Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes homogeneous.

5
Add crackers and pieces of white chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Crackers: 60 g
- White chocolate: 70 g

6
If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to achieve a rich orange color. Continue stirring until the mixture separates from the sides and bottom of the pan while mixing.
- Food coloring: to taste

7
Transfer the mixture to a buttered baking tray, flatten it out, and refrigerate until set - about 2 hours or overnight.
- Butter: 15 g

8
Grease your hands with butter to prevent sticking, then roll the chilled dough into small balls (according to the number of servings).
- Butter: 15 g

9
Roll the balls in sugar sand to completely coat them.
- Sugar: to taste

10
Use a toothpick or skewer to make grooves on the sides of the pastries to give them a pumpkin shape. Top with tiny meringues to mimic the stem (they can be made black for a Halloween vibe). Instead of meringues, you can use chocolate chips, peeled pistachios, or pumpkin seeds.
- Meringue: 14 pieces

11
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until serving.
