Mix water and gelatin.
- Gelatin: 6 g
- Water: 36 ml

Combine cream with sugar, vanilla, and milk, and place on low heat. Stir the mixture constantly.
- Cream: 150 ml
- Sugar: 35 g
- Vanilla: to taste
- Milk: 75 ml

Wait for it to boil. Immediately after boiling, stir vigorously and add the dissolved gelatin.
- Gelatin: 6 g

Remove from heat immediately. Add the liqueur.
