Apple pie with ice cream

Peel the apples and remove the cores, then cut them into large cubes. Slice a couple of apples and set them aside: they will be needed at the end.
- Apple: 2 kg

Put them in a pot, add 200 grams of butter, 240 grams of sugar, and cinnamon.

Cook until al dente.

Strain through a sieve to let the liquid drain and cool.

Prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix 600 grams of butter, 650 grams of sugar, and flour.

Place on parchment and evenly spread the dough. Send to the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.

Take out of the freezer and bake at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Place the cooled apples at the base of the pie and top with apple slices.

Melt 50 grams of butter and pour it over the pie, then lightly sprinkle with sugar.
