Diet Easter cake with dates

Wash and soak the dates in warm water for 6 hours. Drain the water and remove the pits.
- Dates: 80 g

Add dates and 100 ml of coconut milk to the apple puree. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Applesauce: 200 g
- Dates: 80 g
- Coconut milk: 200 ml

Combine two types of flour, baking powder or soda, salt, and vanilla paste.
- Rice flour: 60 g
- Corn flour: 40 g
- Baking powder: 6 g
- Salt: pinch
- Vanilla paste: 10 g

Sift the flour.

Combine dry ingredients and liquid ingredients and mix them with a spatula.
- Applesauce: 200 g
- Coconut milk: 200 ml
- Dates: 80 g
- Rice flour: 60 g
- Corn flour: 40 g
- Baking powder: 6 g
- Salt: pinch
- Vanilla paste: 10 g

Place the dough into the molds.

Add dried fruits.
- Raisin: to taste

Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cool on a rack for 2-3 hours.

Prepare the glaze. Melt cocoa butter in a water bath, add 100 ml of coconut milk, lemon juice, and agave syrup. Mix well and cover the kulichs.
- Cocoa butter: 100 g
- Coconut milk: 200 ml
- Lemon juice: 5 ml
- Agave syrup: 20 ml
