Place flour, milk, eggs, yeast, honey, salt, and sugar in one container.
- Wheat flour: 650 g
- Milk: 70 ml
- Chicken egg: 200 g
- Dry yeast: 28 g
- Honey: 40 g
- Salt: 3 g
- Sugar: 125 g

Knead the dough.

Add the yolks and mix for another 2 minutes.
- Egg yolk: 180 g

Then add cottage cheese to the dough and mix until smooth.
- Cottage cheese: 200 g

Add butter and knead the dough for another 7-10 minutes.
- Butter: 240 g

At the end, add all remaining components.
- Raisin: 300 g
- Lemon zest: 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Powdered Sugar Dr.Oetker: to taste

Place the prepared dough on a baking sheet and spread it evenly.

Leave at room temperature for 2 hours.

Shape the dough into balls and place them in molds.
