    Chop the vanilla pod and sugar in a processor. Set aside (if using vanilla essence, add it to the whipped cream).

    Required ingredients:

    Prepare the custard: place a three-liter pot on the heat and bring the low-fat cream to a boil. In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks, salt, and sugar mixture.
