Waffles are the perfect base for everything. You can roll them into ice cream cones, tubes for boiled condensed milk or fruit baskets, or you can eat them just like that, with jam, whipped cream or just sprinkled with powdered sugar. Here's our version of a good dough for crispy waffles.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Melt the butter and let it cool.

Place the butter in the mixer bowl.

Add yolks and milk.
- Egg yolk: 4 pieces
- Milk: 250 ml

Then knead the dough thoroughly.

Carefully, folding from top to bottom, gradually add the beaten egg whites with salt.
- Egg white: 8 pieces
- Salt: to taste

Bake in a well-heated waffle maker for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the waffles.
