Place the orange in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Then pour out the water, fill it again with cold water, and repeat the process.

Cut the orange into large pieces inside a bowl (without water, just the orange). Place the chopped orange and other ingredients in a blender and mix everything. Pour the mixture into a greased small rectangular mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
