This recipe is good for squid, shrimp, other mollusks, brains, onions, and so on. Mix all the ingredients into a thick, sticky batter.
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Carbonated water: 250 ml
- Baking powder: pinch
- Saffron: pinch
- Salt: to taste

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 180 degrees. Take a full tablespoon of dough, add the filling of your choice, and place everything in the pan.
