This pie is called Tsvetaevsky because, according to legend, it was prepared by the Tsvetaeva sisters at the beginning of the 20th century for their intellectual guests. Ideally, Antonov apples with their incomparable aroma and tart taste are used for its preparation. Tsvetaevsky apple pie is prepared exclusively with sour cream, with a large number of apples. The dough should only grasp the large apple slices laid out on the base, and in no case should it cover them. You can sprinkle the finished pie with cinnamon and decorate it with berries.
