Lemon marmalade is a sunny treat with a bright citrus flavor, subtle creamy notes, and a delicate texture. Its origins are rooted in European traditions but have taken on a special form in Russian cuisine, becoming a favorite dessert at tea parties. This marmalade is a balance of freshness and sweetness, where the lemon's tartness beautifully complements the softness of butter and the lightness of powdered sugar. It perfectly complements baked goods and is also delightful on its own—spread on toast or served with fresh cream. Handcrafted, it delights with its natural flavor and homely warmth.
