Take safe yeast dough.
- Yeast dough: 500 g

Roll out two identical rectangles from the dough (according to the size of the baking tray).

Place one layer of dough on a greased baking sheet, add washed, dried, and cut into small pieces fish on top, and then a uniform layer of boiled rice.

Place peeled, washed, and julienned onion, carrot, parsley or dill greens on the rice, season with salt, and add oil.
