Mix 90 grams of sugar, starch, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest.
- Brown sugar: 130 g
- Cornstarch: 10 g
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Lemon: 1 piece

Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
- Vegetable oil: 150 ml
- Vanilla extract: 0.5 teaspoon

Add flour and knead the dough. It should come together in a ball.
- Wheat flour: 250 g

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 5 mm.

Cut out circles or any other shapes from the dough using cookie cutters.

Prick the cookies with a fork, sprinkle with sugar, and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
