Peel the peaches. Cut into small cubes.

Pour gelatin with boiling water in a ratio of 1:8 and let it sit. Blend mint, lemon zest, sugar, and sour cream in a blender. Add 30 grams of Baileys liqueur per serving.
- Mint: 2 sprigs

- Vanilla sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Sour cream: 250 g
- Baileys liqueur: 60 ml

Stir, add diluted gelatin, but not all of it. Mix. Add peaches to the remaining gelatin.
- Gelatin: 10 g
- Peaches: 3 pieces

Pour the sour cream mixture into bowls and send it to the refrigerator.

Then place the peaches in gelatin on top of the mixture and pour the remaining sour cream mixture over it; it will turn into a kind of layered cake.
