Oatmeal cookies with liqueur are a refined dessert of European cuisine, combining the tenderness of oats with the rich aroma of Baileys. The history of such cookies goes back to the traditions of home baking, where oats were used to create nutritious and fragrant treats. The liqueur adds a special velvetiness and light creamy sweetness, making the flavor sophisticated and harmonious. Nuts add a crunchy texture, while the golden crust completes the perfect combination of softness inside and crispness outside. These cookies are ideal for cozy evenings with a cup of coffee or tea, as well as an elegant dessert for guests. They carry the warmth of home cooking and the sophistication of modern taste preferences.

1
In a bowl, beat the egg and sugar until frothy. Add vegetable oil and mix. Add all dry ingredients, nuts, and 80 grams of Baileys liqueur.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 50 g
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
- Oat flakes: 100 g
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Nuts: to taste
- Baileys liqueur: 80 ml
2
Mix the dough and let it sit for 15-20 minutes — this is needed for the oats to soften and swell a bit. Form small balls by hand and place them on a baking sheet.

Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, bake until ready - until a golden crust forms.
