Vegan panna cotta

Soak agar-agar in cold milk in a pot. Then add sugar, cream, freshly squeezed orange juice and mix everything well. Place the pot on low heat and continuously stir its contents. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat, let cool for 5 minutes.
- Agar-agar: 40 g
- Coconut cream: 400 ml
- Orange juice: 30 ml

Meanwhile, caramelize the oranges. Take 6 slices of orange, place them in a non-stick pot. Add sugar, juice of half an orange, and put the pot on low heat. Cook while stirring until the oranges are soft and the juice turns into caramel.
- Oranges: 0.5 piece

Take 6 panna cotta molds and place 1 teaspoon of caramel and 1 piece of caramelized orange at the bottom. Then pour warm creamy mixture into the molds. Let the panna cotta cool to room temperature and place it in the refrigerator. Serve the panna cotta only after it has rested in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Before steaming, melt the chocolate with a few tablespoons of soy milk. It should become a glaze.
- Dark chocolate: 200 g
- Soy milk: 20 ml
