Cook the sweet potato in water until soft for about 20 minutes. Blend the sweet potato with dates in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients.

- Oat flakes: 50 g
- Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon

Place the brownie batter in a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

While the brownies are baking, mix all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. For the glaze you will need: coconut oil, peanut or almond butter, syrup, cocoa powder.
