Soak buckwheat and chia seeds.
- Green buckwheat: 300 g
- Chia seeds: 60 g

Rinse the buckwheat well, ensuring no water remains.

Place all ingredients in the blender bowl and chop them lightly. My blender has 4 horsepower, and I turned it on for literally 5-8 seconds!
