Spinach and tofu pie

Prepare the dough. Add salt and a tablespoon of olive oil to the flour. Start kneading the dough, gradually adding water. Knead well for 10-15 minutes, and when the dough becomes elastic enough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Olive oil: to taste
- Water: 150 ml

Heat oil in a pan, add spinach and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add tofu cut into small pieces to the spinach and sauté again over medium heat for a few minutes. Add salt and cream to the spinach, mix well and remove the filling from heat.

- Tofu: 125 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Soy cream: 80 ml

Roll the dough thinly and place it in a round form. Put the filling on top of the dough and fold the edges of the pie over the filling.

Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
