Biscotti with cashews is an exquisite Italian cookie with a crunchy texture and rich nutty flavor. The name 'biscotti' comes from the Latin 'biscotus', meaning 'twice baked', giving it a special density and long shelf life. The taste is sweet, with subtle buttery notes and pleasant cashew richness that makes it even more refined. Biscotti pairs perfectly with coffee, wine, or hot chocolate, enhancing their aroma and texture. In Italy, they are traditionally dipped in dessert wines to enjoy the richness of flavors. This is not just a cookie — it's a symbol of cozy gatherings and leisurely conversations, a piece of sunny Italy in every crumb.
