Waffles with kefir are a delicate treat with a subtle vanilla aroma from European cuisine. They turn out airy and crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside. The kefir in the mix gives the batter lightness and a special texture. They are quick to prepare: by mixing the ingredients and letting the batter rest a bit, it is poured into a waffle maker and baked until golden brown. Waffles are traditionally served with fruits, chocolate, ice cream, or Nutella, making them an ideal treat for breakfast or dessert. Thanks to the ability to store the batter in the fridge, they can be easily prepared in advance to enjoy fresh baked goods. Waffles with kefir are a cozy dessert that fills the home with the aroma of sweetness and warmth.
